British Columbia (BC)
British Columbia invited at least 77 candidates through the skilled worker and international graduate streams of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) .Invitations were extended to individuals with eligible professional experience in sectors such as healthcare, childcare, construction, tech, and veterinary care . Minimum scores varied for each draw, with the following cut-offs
- Childcare draw cut-off score: 90
- Construction draws cut-off score: 93
- Healthcare draw cut-off score: 100
- Tech draw cut-off score: 120
- Veterinary care draw cut-off score: 80
The International Graduate (with EEBC option) stream is for people who graduated from an approved Canadian university or college within the last three years. To be eligible for this stream, you must also have received a job offer from a British Columbia business because the “includes EEBC option” signifies that this improved PNP stream is compatible with the federal Express Entry system, allowing the BC PNP to invite eligible Express Entry candidates to immigrate and settle in the province.
Manitoba
Manitoba invited 371 candidates through the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). Invitations were issued across three different streams and an occupation-specific draw. The initial draw was occupation-specific, with profiles indicating current employment in occupations with a significant labor demand in the province because the selection committee gave 18 ITAs to candidates whose professions matched the National Occupation Classification (NOC) codes.
- 72024 – Supervisors, motor transport, and other ground transit operators
- 73301 – Bus drivers, subway operators, and other transit operators.
The NOC system is Canada’s national system to classify and define different jobs in the country’s labor market
Manitoba immigration invited 242 skilled workers to apply for permanent residence. But Manitoba also welcomed 242 qualified workers to apply for permanent residence based on their Manitoba experience or company offers. They required a high score of 836 to qualify.
Also The third draw took place under the International Education Stream, which attracted 76 qualified candidates. The International Education Stream seeks graduates from Manitoba institutions who satisfy the demands of the province’s employment market. The stream covers the Career Employment, Graduate Internship, and International Student Entrepreneur pathways.
Manitoba invited 35 skilled workers overseas to apply for permanent residence. These workers have job skills Manitoba needs.The stream consists of two pathways: Manitoba Express Entry and Human Capital.
